What does an holistic therapy approach to well being offer you?
Holistic Counselling offers individuals the opportunity to turn their life around by viewing it from new perspectives and insights. Using an holistic approach when working with ourselves to heal or integrate our life experiences enables us to utilize and embrace all aspects of ourselves: the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual parts within us in an integrated, or whole, way.

Holistic Counselling allows the client and the counsellor to work together using these new insights and perspectives helping the client to reach their potential by tapping into and honouring their inner wisdom [intuition]. Holistic Counselling values and respects the role of the client as equal in the partnership with the experience and wisdom skills of the Holistic Counsellor.

Holistic Counselling assists you to accept, heal and honour all of you and your life experiences. This enables you to become more joyful as your self-awareness is acknowledged and utilized to help you vision your life in ways that are uplifting and meaningful to you.

My Aims as an Holistic Counsellor & Integrative Modality Practitioner
My role as your Holistic Counsellor is to compassionately and respectfully support you to make the changes you wish to make within yourself and your life so that you can experience increased peace and harmony.

I am here to support you on your journey to self-discovery in ways that honour and respect ALL of you.

It is my role to provide you with ‘tools’ to help you on your journey. Tools and techniques which are safe, compassionate and respectful allowing you to move at the pace of change that is right for you.

My aim as your Holistic Counsellor is to enable you to be fully present with yourself and life. As you reclaim yourself/your life using the tools & resources that I have to share with you, you discover your inner resources that will support your recovery process – and you will, if you choose to, come to know ‘who you really are’ – a whole, unique and beautiful soul.

Holistic Counselling is very useful when dealing with any of the following issues in your life:
Depression, Stress/Anxiety, Grief, Panic Attacks, Inability to focus/meet life’s challenges, feeling directionless, feeling as though you don’t belong, feelings/issues around disempowerment, anger management and so on.

Lynn is an Integrative Practitioner
Lynn offers the use of a range of integrative modalities to assist you to heal yourself. These modalities include: Shamanic healing techniques, Emotional Freedom Technique [EFT], Reiki, Seichem and Ka Runa, Sonic Healing [using drums, gongs, toning and rattles]; and the amazing Quantum Touch healing technique.

Typically, an Holistic Counselling session may focus on the use of one or a combination of the following techniques which are specifically beneficial in Holistic Counselling sessions: Direct Experience, The Work of Byron Katie, Creative Visualisations, Family Constellations, Systemic Constellations, Active/Passive Listening, Problem Solving, Vision Board to manifest your dreams/aspirations.

In Integrative/Shamanic Healing, Lynn may utilise a combination of methods and tools such as Crystals, colours, breath work, toning, visualisation, drumming, meditation and/or creativity in the therapy session to further enrich the healing processes which often enables the one being worked with to tap into their own inner wise person to further boost their healing experiences.

Holistic Counselling as Lynn practices it honours each individual’s right to accept, or not to accept, the healing energies and insights that may come to light during the session. No strict formula or planning is followed as Holistic Counselling follows an ‘organic’ or intuitive process meeting what the client needs now rather than following a prescribed formulae approach.

In addition, Lynn  is a Reiki/Seichem Master who channels & works with the energies of the Magdalene and the Pleiadians to assist those who come to her to access their own inner beauty and wisdom. She walks the Beauty Way that honours and respects all BEings. A Minister of Spiritual Peacemaking, Lynn strives to BE peace in all things while acknowledging that as humans, or rather, Spirit/Goddess in human form, we need to love, honour and accept all aspects of ourselves rather than holding fear-based judgements about each other and ourselves when we are ‘less than perfect’.

As a Medicine Drummaker, Lynn holds Shamanic-Medicine Drum making workshops which are an experiential heart vibration event enabling participants to 'birth' their drum. She also offers Soulistic Healing sessions that may include a combination of: sonic vibration [using drums, Tibetan Singing Bowls, bells, Ting Shas and Rain Sticks & toning]; crystals and the healing energies of  Reiki and Seichem in partnership with Channeled messages/energy. Also on offer with Lynn are meditation classes; channeled tarot reading & pagan workshops.

Soulistic healing honours each individual’s right to accept, or not to accept, the healing energies, messages and any other information that may come to light during the session. No strict formula or planning is followed in the healing treatment as the healer follows the guidance received, allowing the energies to flow from the Divine to the client for the Highest Good of All and with harm to none.

Healing sessions typically take an hour to complete.
